4. Revisions & Modifications

Limited revisions are included as per project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes after approval may require extra charges.

All designs and code remain property of MS Tech Solutions until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client except third-party licensed tools, themes, or software.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required materials (logos, images, text) on time
• Ensure legal ownership of provided content
• Respond promptly to communication

We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side delays.

7. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, domain registrars, plugins, and APIs. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

MS Tech Solutions shall not be liable for loss of business, profits, data, or indirect damages. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups.

9. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled after work has started, advance payment will not be refunded. If cancellation is initiated by us, partial refund may be considered based on completed work.
